At Dysti, we ensure quality in every product. While we do not encourage returns, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

We do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only in the case of size issues.

To initiate an exchange, the original product must be returned in its new and unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Exchange Process

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us for an exchange.

Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will dispatch the new product.

4. Courier Responsibility

The cost of returning the item to us for an exchange must be borne by the customer.
